The Department of War's Office of Military Compensation and Financial Readiness (MC&FR) Learning Resource Library (LRL) is the central resource connecting service providers and leaders with common military training (CMT) curriculum and ancillary materials used in support of the DoW's mission to provide financial literacy education to Service members and their families.
