Service members are encourage to schedule an appointment to talk to one of the DoD’s 300 Personal Financial Managers or 475 Personal Financial Counselors at installations around the world. Additionally, Military OneSource counselors are trained on BRS and a myriad of financial topics--they are available by phone at 800-342-9647. Finally, DoD has held nearly 20 national social media events and webinars, providing opportunity for service members to ask questions from DoD and TSP subject matter experts.
